Most of us women are constantly searching for how to be healthy, strong, and maintain the right weight. In Latin America, women are experts in these tips and secrets. Latin American gastronomy is full of healthy flavors and dishes, which are prepared based on ingredients that we collect in the patio of our own house and many of us grew up feeding ourselves in that natural and casual way. There can be no more organic than that! Therefore, there is nothing like returning to our land and enjoying the pleasure of eating.

In Latin America, there are many options of foods rich in nutrients that are excellent for health. Yerba mate tea, sweet potato, and prickly pear are just some of the foods consumed by women in certain Latin American countries. Of course, we can not leave out the love that Latinas have for dancing, because in addition to being hilarious it is an effective way to burn calories.
