10 MISTAKES YOU MAKE EVERY MORNING THAT IS MAKING YOU FAT IN THE DAY

Losing weight is difficult and to do it effectively some planning is needed so that you can have all the tools available. For example, you must design the menu, go shopping, and have a fridge full of healthy foods. So stop making these mistakes in the morning so you can lose weight during the day.

Probably the worst mistake of all because during the night the body releases hormones such as adiponectin and ghrelin that help you lose weight. If you don't sleep well, your body releases insulin which is converted into calories.
