19+ exercise routines to do at home and keep fit

Now that we must stay at home as much as we can because of the terrible coronavirus outbreak, it is very important to stay active and exercise. Therefore, here I share these 20 videos with routines to exercise at home while all this is happening. We know that lowering those extra books is sometimes difficult, so it is important that you take care of your diet and consult with coaches that motivate you to find your healthy weight, in addition to exercising.

While pregnant I was doing prenatal yoga, which helped me maintain the weight I wanted during the sweet wait. I feel really lazy to do some exercises every day, and this really happens repeatedly. Finally I went to a sports club and there was a coach who always made me have no choice to exercise.
