9 toxic foods that you should avoid for the health of your family

Our grandmothers fed much more naturally and did not suffer from the diseases that we now have because we inadvertently intoxicated our body with so much synthetic food. For the sake of your health and that of your children, try to avoid these foods as much as possible.
