8 foods your kids love but terribly damage their brains

It is terrible, but according to the World Health Organization, every year more than 200 million children under the age of 5 do not develop their full potential for learning and memory. Diet influences a lot because the brain is affected by what they eat. Believe it or not, what your kids eat when they're young has long-lasting effects on their potential and their lives. For this reason, it is important that you supervise their meals and make sure you provide them with the best nutrition.

Most of the foods that seem convenient because they are prepared in a matter of minutes in the microwave are lethal for the health of your children. Although they solve lunch or dinner, you should simply avoid them. We know it is difficult, but it is better to think of alternatives, for the sake of your children's healthy development.

On the other hand, there are foods with high sugar content. Children and sugars are a bad combination, you better opt for the natural sugar found in fruits.
